I know I shouldn’t be that proud of myself but I was pretty sure I was going to forget exercise tonight. Thank God for that tiny voice in my head that said “Come on just do ten minutes”. Thanks tiny voice!

So this happened….
It seems insane. I’m eating plenty. I’m not exercising THAT much. I don’t recall the pounds ever coming off that quick before. It won’t last (and it shouldn’t) long. Still I’ll celebrate it for what it is….the start of something awesome.
I can’t believe I exercised today. I’m so exhausted. So happy that I did.
Day 4
I’m legitimately tired but I will exercise tonight. A simple declaration. I will. I will. I will.
MUST MUST MUST remember this
Awsome ideaBe Your Own Fitspo.
This is me. I can do 4 consecutive chin ups. Last year I could do zero.
What I am wearing in the pic is typically what I wear during any given workout, a white tank and black shorts.
I am my own Fitspo.
The “My Own Fitspo” idea originally came from Nikki. If you feel like joining make your own fitspo pic. : )
Day 3. I exercised for 25 minutes. I’m super happy with that as I completed a 12 hour work day. Day 3 is usually the first stumble so I’m glad it’s over. Next big test is , of course, day four.
I can’t help that my sarcasm sometimes can’t be contained. I’m still proud of my twenty minute jog. Motivation is a brilliant thing. I hope it keeps working. I also ate very healthy today. Salad is an amazing thing. Amazing!
reblog if you are looking to lose 60+ lbs.
i need to follow more people like me!
Have already lost part of that, but in total definitely 60+ !
I started off having to lose 90, but since I’ve lost some I have to lose 69! I’m not sure if I’m going to lose that much or more, but it is definitely more than 60. :)
I don’t know home much i’ve lost yet but my goal is 60+ :)
Day 2
I have to number my days as motivation and a progress check. As I recall day two is ten times harder than day one but you’re still pretty motivated. It won’t take much motivation to exercise. So that’s what I’m going to do. Woo.
